Matt Tranchin is a global partnership architect and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing resilience and prosperity for nations and communities on the frontlines of climate change and sustainable development. As Chairman of Global Resilience Partners (GRP), he leads an international advisory firm that mobilizes governments, family offices, investors, and private sector leaders to scale high-impact solutions through public-private-philanthropic partnerships. Matt also serves as President of the Island Resilience Partnership, President of SDG News, President of March For Science, and Senior Advisor to PVBLIC Foundation and Family Offices for Sustainable Development, leveraging these platforms to elevate leaders, catalyze investment, and accelerate action on the world’s most urgent challenges. A former Obama White House official, Matt brings decades of experience building cross-sector coalitions that drive systemic change, convening world leaders, investors, and innovators to deliver transformative impact at scale.

Amir Dossal is a globally recognized leader in forging strategic partnerships between the United Nations, governments, businesses, and civil society to advance sustainable development. As the founding Executive Director of the United Nations Office for Partnerships, he played a pivotal role in mobilizing resources and multi-sector collaborations to support the UN’s mission. Amir is also the Founder and CEO of the Global Partnerships Forum, a platform that convenes thought leaders and innovators to foster high-impact solutions for global challenges. He serves as Chairman of SDG News, leading its mission to inform, inspire, and mobilize action by amplifying the voices of frontline communities, connecting global leaders to bold solutions, and driving systems change across governments, industry, and civil society.

Lord Fatafehi Fakafanua

Lord Fakafanua served as Vice Chairman of Global Resilience Partners during its formative years, helping to shape the organization’s mission and approach to principled public-private partnership. Following his election as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Tonga, he stepped away from all governance, operational, and financial involvement in the firm. In an honorary capacity, he remains engaged in support of GRP’s mission through thought leadership and values-based counsel.

Dr. Angus Friday is a globally respected diplomat and sustainability leader dedicated to advancing climate resilience and economic development worldwide. As Vice Chairman of Global Resilience Partners (GRP), he drives high-impact public-private partnerships that mobilize investment and innovation to achieve resilience and prosperity on a global scale. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the Island Resilience Partnership (IRP), where he focuses specifically on supporting small island developing states through strategic partnerships that accelerate sustainable development. A former Permanent Representative of Grenada to the United Nations and Chair of the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS), Dr. Friday has been a key advocate in global climate negotiations. He also served as the World Bank’s Ocean Representative, organizing investment forums to strengthen the blue economy. In addition to his leadership roles at GRP and IRP, Angus is Executive Chairman of Atlantean Ltd., a London-based company developing the A.I.-enabled Azuros platform to support sustainable financing for island and coastal developing nations.
